In order to be eligible to purchase a home at 99 Church, you must obtain a Homebuyer Education certification of completion from a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Online and in-person programs are available. The first step in this process is to sign up for a FREE Home Buying Orientation Workshop at a HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
